Exchange
Server Data Recovery:
Data Recovery AID understands
the catastrophic impact an Exchange Server failure can have on a business;
all email communications come to an abrupt halt and lost contact lists
make it impossible to phone clients and associates. We know you need to
be back up and running ASAP and we can help you facilitate that.
Our team of trained Exchange data recovery technicians can repair damaged
Priv.edb and pub.edb files and extract to .pst format for easy re-importation.
No matter the file size nor the drive configuration the data was stored
on, Data Recovery AID can help. Contact an Exchange
Recovery associate right away or you can request
a quote via email if the data is not mission critical.
Data Recovery AID can repair and recovery Exchange Server databases
that have experienced such errors as:
- Jet Errors
- Hardware errors with either the storage drive or the controller
card
- Dirty shutdowns
- Sector errors within the main files (even a single sector error
can cause the sensitive .edb files to malfuction and the information
stores not to open)
- deleted email
- Violation of the Microsoft file size limit
- Virus attack
- Exchange program failure or failure to boot normally
- Human error (accidental deletion of main edb files or volume format)
If you have experienced any of the above data loss scenarios, feel free
to contact us for a free phone consultation
to determine your recovery options. In the interim:
- Becareful when running the Eseutil so as not to overwrite data needed
for restoration
- Do not attempt an Exchange re-installtion unless you make a back
up (on other server or drive) of the .edb files first.
- Do not attempt a back up restore from an older .edb without first
copying off the damaged one as many back ups have been seen to be
damaged as well
- Do not run any utilities on the .edb's without first making a copy
(it is best if you attempt to run utilities for repair or extraction
to use the copy and not the original)
- If you do have a back up on tape that does not function, Data Recovery
AID offers tape data recovery
to maximize your recovery options
These steps will help you contain and minimize the loss and help avert
potential disaster. If you need Exchange recovery Data Recovery aid can
help.
