Typically, media is shipped to one of our two labs and we have received data from around the globe from Australia to Hong Kong to Mexico.

Typically, a data recovery is completed and data shipped out to the client in 1-4 days, standard! We complete the initial diagnosis within 24 hours of receiving your media. At that point we will know the problem and have formulated a recovery solution. In some instances we may even have the data recovered and be able to issue you a file list of retrievable information.
